Villa Palmiye
Our second turkish villa was designed and built in 2010 to exacting standards in the same area of Dalyan
as Palm tree. We are located in a quiet area with stunning views yet close to town and a new park with
running track , climbing frames and an outdoor gym amongst other things.The villa has four extra large
bedrooms all with super kingsize beds , fitted wardrobes , bedside and dressing tables with hairdriers.
All have luxury ensuite's three having 'rainfall' showers and one having a bath with rainfall shower above.
They all have modern luxury fittings with lit mirrors , w/c with bidet and extra large sinks. Modern tiling
in different designs is fitted in the 4 bathrooms and all towels/floor mats are provided for our guests.
Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor and one on the ground all with access to balconies or the pool
terrace with fabulous rock tomb views.
The lounge,dining area and kitchen is open plan on the ground floorwith access via 2 patio doors to the
outside living area. There are 2 setees and one armchair in the lounge with alcd t/v with sattelite and a dvd
player.The kitchen and table is handmade with marble worktops in the kitchen with built in appliances and
every concieveable pan , plate , glass and cutlery you may require during your visit. All floors are
Traventine marble as is the terrace around the pool and rugs are in all bedrooms annd the open plan
ground floor. We have a utility room with washing machine , an iron and ironing board and spare towels.
As part of the 'package' we offer there are the villas 'green' beachtowels for our guests to use around the
pool .Heading out of the villa there is a dining table with parasol for 8 around the large pool with seperate
Jacuzzi pool. We also have a traditional turkish 'Kosk' seating area and an outdoor kitchen/bar with a
traditional barbeque built in.The villa has a large grassed area to the front for playing games or sunbathing
and there are 8 sunloungers with cushions.
We love the peacefull luxury of the villa and spend as much time as we can in Dalyan. |
